Subscription Level

The subscription level determines the group of equipment that you can access with the subscription.  The Essential level includes all of the basic devices to get you started – including compressors, equalizers, and multi-function devices from manufacturers like AudioScape, Elysia, and Tegeler.  The Pro level includes all of the devices in the Essential level plus more options from Chandler, Universal Audio, Manley, and many more.  The Elite level includes all analog devices on our main server, including top devices from Neve, SSL, and Rupert Neve Designs.  You get unlimited access to any device in the group that you choose!

Number of Devices (Maximum Chain Size)

You can insert multiple devices in series to create analog chains.  Choose the maximum number of chained devices that you want to use together simultaneously.  This determines the maximum chain size that you can use at any given time.  Also, you can insert our plugin on multiple tracks and use devices in each instance.  The “Number of Devices” includes the total of all devices used in all instances of the plugin.  So, for example, if you choose 2 devices, you can only use 1 device in each of two separate inserts of the plugin at the same time.  NOTE:  If you want to use two mono devices in a dual mono (L/R) configuration, then they will count as two devices.  If you have credits, they will automatically be used to pay for devices that exceed your maximum chain size.

Billing Period

For your convenience, you can choose to bill monthly, every three months (save 5%), or annually (save 15%).  Your subscription will automatically renew according to your billing cycle and your payment will be processed.

How much time do I get on the devices?

You get unlimited time on any device in the level group that you choose up to your maximum chain size.  For example, if you choose the Elite level and a maximum chain size of four devices, then you get unlimited access for the first four devices you insert in your chain at any given time.  If you have some credits, your credits can be used for any devices that exceed your maximum chain size.

IMPORTANT: Unlimited access is subject to reasonable use. If equipment is selected or reserved in the plugin but remains idle (i.e., not actively processing audio), our system may automatically release it to make it available to other users.

What is batch processing?

Our standalone application has a feature to allow you to process multiple files sequentially and autonomously with the same rack and control settings.  This is useful if you want to efficiently process all stems with the same EQ/color processing, or process multiple files in a sample library.

What is the schedule tab?

This tab in the plugin allows you to see the existing reservation schedule for all devices and make new reservations.  You can reserve one or more devices together at the same time with just a few clicks, or you can reserve all devices in one of your presets very easily.  It is much easier and faster than reserving on the website.

What is “preview”?

When a device will cost you credits, this feature allows you to insert the device at no cost for up to 40 seconds so that you can preview the processing.  You can then remove it before the preview time expires and avoid any charge, or you can continue using the device and accept the normal credit charges.
